Three Fat Hog's Competition BBQ & Catering

Three Fat Hog's BBQ came about when I went to a local competition and sampled some different BBQ and realized that I could still BBQ good meat.  It had been some time since I had competed or judged and I realized that I missed it.  So after talking to a couple of friends who liked BBQ as much as I do we decided to form Three Fat Hog's BBQ.  We are hoping to start competing this year and we may also do some light catering as well. We are a team of passionate people who like good food and feel that there is no better thing than to slow smoke some meat to enjoy with friends & family.
